SHIPPING

All our products are shipped from the Netherlands using a secure, trackable shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over €100 in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany and from €250 worldwide.

It is not possible to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Orders will be shipped be processed within 24 hours. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email, and you can expect your delivery according to the timeline below. Please note that the delivery times are estimated.

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery options and costs vary depending on your location.

Carriers & Methods

We use secure, trackable shipping services through trusted international and local carriers. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer due to high volume.
Shipping Costs
  • FREE DELIVERY on orders over €100 in the netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

  • Worldwide free delivery on orders over €250 (threshold in euros for all countries).

  • For orders under €250, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Order Changes & Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as processing begins immediately.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination. These delivery times are indicative and may be impacted by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier delays
  • Local holidays
  • Force majeure or peak periods
Tracking

A tracking link will be sent by email upon dispatch. Please note that tracking updates may sometimes take time to appear after shipment.

If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us.

International (Non-EU) Orders

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. For deliveries outside the European Union — including the United Kingdom and other Non-EU countriesimport duties, customs charges, and local taxes are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • The recipient is considered the importer and is responsible for paying any import fees, duties, or taxes charged by the destination country.

  • These charges must be paid to the local customs authority or courier in order to receive the package.
Refusal to Pay Import Fees

If import duties and taxes are not paid and the parcel is returned to us:

  • We will refund the product value only, once the parcel is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs and any return or handling fees charged to us by the carrier will be deducted from the refund.

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Returns can be made on the Request Return page or click here.

Return Period

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
The return must be shipped back within the 30-day period.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In resellable condition
  • With original tags attached (when brand new)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. After approval of your return request, you may purchase and send a return label through your local postal service.

Always keep your proof of shipment — this is your return guarantee.

How to Request a Return

Returns must be requested through our Request Return page. After your request is approved, we will provide instructions.

Exchanges

Authentic Football Club does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, item, or color, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Return Processing Time
  • Once your return arrives at our warehouse (as shown in your tracking), we process it within 10 business days.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.

  • Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
