All our products are shipped from the Netherlands using a secure, trackable shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over €100 in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For other countries, standard shipping rates apply.

It is not possible to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Orders will be shipped be processed within 24 hours. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email, and you can expect your delivery according to the timeline below. Please note that the delivery times are estimated.

Authentic Football Club only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

Return Period: We offer a 30-day return period during which customers can return their package without providing any reason. These 30 days begin when the package is received. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within this 30-day period.

Return Conditions: All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with the tags still attached to the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Costs: Return shipping costs are at your own expense. After the return request is accepted, you can buy a shipping label at you're local post office.

Return Processing Time: If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when registering your return, we will get started on it immediately. This way, we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. You can track when the package arrives at our warehouse via the track & trace link you receive with your return. The 10 business days start from that moment. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account."
